As my office is often unbearably cold, I view every-day work wear as an experiment in layering. Casual Friday is no different. Jeans are often the norm, and a lightweight sweater with a patterned button-down peeking out is just the right mix of comfort and style. My new Repetto flats have been worn nearly every day since I got them – they go with everything and are, in my opinion, just as chic as heels.
