Lately, I’ve been gravitating toward more simple, pulled-together looks. I still love playing with trends, but it’s hard to go wrong with basic black and an oversize blazer. I wore this outfit on Sunday, for blood orange mimosas, spiced cider and some outstanding homemade quiche at a girlfriends’ house.

I’m wearing a DKNY top (an amazing find at the Dillard’s outlet, where everything was recently buy one get one free), See by Chloe shorts, Helmut Lang blazer and Miu Miu platforms. The bracelet is Eddie Borgo and the sunglasses are Versace. The bag is Balenciaga and the scarf is vintage Chanel. (PS. Almost everything I’m wearing, with the exception of the bag, shoes, scarf and top, was purchased at Saks Off 5th.)
